I’m guessing that your talking about the 30day shred? I actually finished it a while ago and really enjoyed it. I hate level 1 and really had to push through it. Level 2 was better, but level 3 I loved. It didn’t feel like a workout at all and went by really quick. I have a really good diet. So I’m not too sure which caused me to lose the most weight. I do think that the shred def made my thighs smaller. Which is always good. :) if you are thinking about starting it, then I think that’s a great idea. Make sure that you do it everyday to see the best results. I felt better overall and it really helped prepare me for running and doing other harder exercises! Good luck!!
